Quality policy

• The main aim of the Company is building its prestige in the filtration market by supplying products of the highest quality for the maximum satisfaction of the customers.
• We optimize the costs of our activities at the lowest possible risk within the quality management system. We keep and develop the implemented quality management system according to the standards of PN EN ISO 9001:2008 and AQAP 2110:2009.
• The management of the Company ensures that our activities are environment friendly and serve for its protection.
• The cooperation with Warsaw University of Technology and especially with the Faculty of Chemical Engineering upon written agreements results in the new technical and technological solutions, that provide the implementation of new production processes and products.
• The whole staff of the Company is obliged to take part in the trainings that raise their professional qualifications.
• The management of the Company assures that all documents that describe the system are known to the staff, and that all employees know its contents and use them in practice.
• The management of the Company gives the proxy to Mr Andrzej Kaczyński, the Director’s Plenipotentiary of Quality, to take all measures in the subjects concerning the quality of our products and the functioning of the system.
• The management of the Company assures of the correct contacts with its clients.
• The management of the Company assures of the profund analysis of the reports from the quality audits to verify and acknowledge the proper functioning of the quality management system and taking the corrective and preventive if needed.
• The management of the Company commits itself to afford all means for the realisation of the above aims.
